It is with great sorrow that I learned about the demise of Smt. Rupa Ray Ji, Retd. Assistant Secretary, A&N Administration, and the beloved wife of Member of Parliament Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray Ji.
Smt. Rupa Ray Ji was a remarkable woman who stood as a constant source of support and strength to Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray Ji. Her active involvement in social work and community services are commendable.
In this hour of profound grief, my family and I extend our deepest sympathies to Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray Ji. May the Almighty grant him the courage to endure this irreplaceable loss and may Smt. Rupa Ray Ji’s noble soul rests in eternal peace.
