This unique Awareness cum Fitness Programme, conducted every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM at Joggers Park, has quickly become a focal point for community engagement, drawing in participants who share a common goal of creating a positive and drug-free environment.
The Hasgulla Club offers a fresh approach to fitness and wellness by merging physical exercise with drug awareness efforts, designed to reach individuals across age groups. Each weekend brings two distinctive sessions led by experts:
Saturday Sessions with Mr. Ravinder Rao – An expert teacher in the “Art of Living,” Mr. Ravinder Rao leads the Saturday sessions with a focus on the therapeutic benefits of humor and positivity. As he emphasizes, “Laughter is the best medicine,” inspiring participants to appreciate humor’s powerful impact on both mental and emotional well-being.
Sunday Sessions with Shihan M.S. Murgan – Internationally recognized as laughter and yoga ambassador, Shihan M.S. Murgan conducts sessions that blend regular meditation and laughter therapy, underscoring the importance of a balanced mind and body. Key aspects of meditation highlighted in these sessions include:
