Port Blair, Feb 21: In surprise checks conducted by the staff of Port Blair Municipal Council from 13.02.2013 to 20.02.2013, 02.00 Kgs plastic bags which was being used by a shopkeeper for commercial purpose was seized.
“The commercial establishment owners are once again cautioned not to use the plastic carry bags for any purpose failing which action will be taken as per rules against such establishments,” an official release of A & N Administration said here today.
