Mayabunder, Apr. 29: The District Health Society, North & Middle Andaman in coordination with PHC Tugapur and Forest Department, Mayabunder organised a Special RCH Outreach Health Camp at Hanspuri yesterday. Dr. K S Mohd Sameer Ali, MO I/C, Dr. Ameera, LMO, Dr. Hema, MO AYUSH, Dr. Mohini, MO RBSK, TB Unit of Dr. R P Hospital and staff from PHC Tugapur under the supervision of Dr. P. K Palit, MO I/C, N&MA participated in the event.
A large number of patients attended and availed the benefits of health care services. Health awareness on Communicable & Non-Communicable diseases, End TB Programme, Adult BCG Vaccination were also conducted. The Health Camp focused on NCD screening, ANC check up, TB screening, Homeo consultation and medicines were also provided for general ailments.
