Port Blair, Jan. 9: The general public of Andaman & Nicobar Islands have been informed that two portals viz., CPGRAMS (https://pgportal.gov.in) and LG Helpdesk (http://db.and.nic.in/lghelpdesk are available for registering their grievances online. In order to ensure prompt disposal of grievances, the Chief Secretary, A & N Administration has directed all the Secretaries and HoDs to dispose the grievance within 7 days. The general public have been requested to use the above portals for submitting their grievances. In the event of any queries, citizens can email at sspg.govan@gmail.com
