Port Blair, Dec 02: A dead body of a person was found floating in the sea near Haddo Wharf, today.
As per reports, the person has been identified as Mr. C. Sangalvarayan, son of Late. Chinna Swamy, 55 years old and resident of Haddo.
Sources further said that this afternoon staffers on duty at the Haddo Wharf saw an unidentified dead body of a person floating in the sea water close to the Wharf. Then they immediately passed the information to the Chatham Police Station.
On being informed, the police team reached out to the spot and recovered the corpse.
A forensic team later reached the spot and conducted the primary task involved in the case and after which the body was sent to the hospital. Further investigations are on
