Port Blair, Sep 15: A dead body of a new-born girl child was found in the Burmanallah area on 14th September 2022 under a bridge near a coconut garden area.
It was reported that the dead body was discovered by the Sanitary workers of the area and soon information was passed to the police. Thereafter, the Police team shifted the dead body to GB Pant Hospital and the post-mortem report is awaited.
According to the reports, it is found that the girl child has not been born in any of the Hospitals and currently the Police team is conducting an investigation in this regard to locate the parents of the new born baby. Further details are awaited.
