Port Blair, Apr 03: Mr. M Vasudevan Nair, Zilla Parishad Member of Hutbay, Netaji Nagar has requested the Director of Education, A&N Administration for rectifying and verifying the vacancy filled for the post of Part-Time Pre School Teacher purely on a contract basis.
In a letter addressed to the Director of Education, A&N Administration Mr. Nair mentioned that according to the vacancy notice dated 18th November 2021 at Sl. No.04 it is written that preference will be given only to the candidates of the particular village, ward, habitation or adjacent village based on the authentication of the residence proof after the selection of the candidate.
But it is found that Little Andaman candidates are not selected and rather candidates from other areas are selected and posted to Hut Bay.
He requested to rectify and re-verify the list of selected candidates as per vacancy notice vide Sl. No. 04 and if any clerical mistakes are found then a re-examination should be conducted and suitable candidates for the particular area have to be appointed.
