Port Blair, Jan 21: Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member, BJP & Former State President BJP-A&N Islands and Member Home Ministry Advisory Committee, Govt. of India has expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Union Govt. for releasing funds to UT Administration, Andaman for a road project from Chunna Bhatta to North Bay tourist spot and the same has been sanctioned and approved by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration costing Rs. 27 Crores.
Further he praised the commitment of the Union Govt. to release this huge amount when the country facing a severe COVID pandemic crisis for the last two years.
By this road connectivity project, socio-economic development of Bambooflat area, tourism, trade and new employment opportunity will be generated, said Mr. Jolly.
