On the occasion of New Year 2022, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
People from across the world celebrate New Year with greater joy and happiness. It brings new hopes and new vision in the life of people.
Every New Year provides an opportunity to make a new beginning and emphasizes our resolve for individual and collective development.
On this occasion, I urge everyone to rededicate themselves and put in renewed and determined efforts to achieve socio economic development and take Andaman and Nicobar Islands ahead in all aspects.
May all Islanders remain safe and healthy, and move forward with a renewed energy to achieve the common goal of our Islands’ and nation’s overall development.
It is necessary for the safety of everyone’s own family and also of all other Islanders’ well-being that New Year is celebrated without overcrowding and by following all COVID-19 protocols.
On this occasion, I pray to the almighty to bring peace, prosperity and good health for each and every Islander.
