Port Blair, Dec 05: The State President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr Ajoy Bairagi met Secretary RD, PRI and ULB’s, Mr Suneel Anchipaka regarding restructuring and reconstruction of double- storied vegetable market in Diglipur.
During his recent visit to Diglipur, he visited the proposed site were the foundation work has already commenced. It was learnt that foundation laid is below ground level which during rainy seasons will allow water to flow inside creating havoc, said Mr Bairagi. He requested Secretary RD, PRI and ULB’s to kindly look into the matter with concern and do the needful. The Secretary, RD,PRI and ULB’s assured to look into the issue.
