Port Blair, Oct 17: A meeting at Desh Bandhu Club was organised by Karyakartas of Hindu Rashtra Shakti on Friday at 9.30AM to honor Mr. Rakeshwar Lall, State President Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Nearly 60 HRS Members and villagers attended the meeting on the occasion. Dr. PK. Mandal highlighted various works and services rendered by HRS, North and Middle Andaman and also gave details about the functions of Hindu Rashtra Shakti Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Mr. Rakeshwar Lal, State President addressed the gathering and shared the objectives of HRS and appreciated the leadership of Dr P.K. Mandal and Mr. Dilip Das. He said that the service rendered by team HRS, NMA during the severe COVID-19 period was outstanding and their services are a inspiration for others. Mr. Niranjan Mazumder, Mandal committee Billiground concluded the meeting by vote of thanks.
It was also learnt that later the State President along with Dr. P.K. Mandal, Mr. Dilip K Das and Mr. N. C. Mazumder visited Betapur and addressed the gathering on this occasion Mr. AT Rao, Mrs. Geeta Kumari, Ex-Pradhan Mrs. Santha Kumari and villagers attended the meeting.
