Port Blair, Nov 08: A team of Human Rights Organization, Port Blair appraised the pathetic condition of the employees of Electricity Department to the Secretary power, Andaman & Nicobar administration.
The team of HRO met the Secretary power and requested him to re-designate all the staffs of all Group ‘D’ as Muliti Tasking staffs as per Sixth Pay Commission.
Further Mr C Saravanan also requested the Secretary Power that load-shedding should be informed to public in advance. The Secretary (Power) assured to look into the matter at an early date.
