Port Blair, Sept 15: The ABVP delegation led by Mr U Partha Sarathi, NEC member and City-Secretary ABVP along with Ramesh Paramenic, Organising Secretary and Ms Seema Kumari, Joint Secretary of ABVP met the Secretary Education with its long pending demand for establishment of a Central University in these Islands. The delegation apprised about need of a Central University and also opposed the proposed deemed university. The Secretary Education reportedly assured to take appropriate steps for the benefits of students.
