Port Blair, Oct 31: National dedication Day was observed in Port Blair Municipal Council premises on 31.10.2012 at 10.30 am. Two minutes silence was observed to pay homage to departed soul. Thereafter the Chairperson and members of PBMC offered floral tributes to late Prime Minister Smti. Indira Gandhi followed by other officials of the Council.
