Port Blair, June 24: With the grace of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Sudiksha ji Maharaj, in continuation of the distribution of Dry Ration Relief Kits to the needy families of South Andaman District by the volunteers of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, Port Blair have distributed relief Kits to 26 more families from 19.06.2021 to 22.03.2021 at Wandoor, Sippighat, Dollygunj, Macchi Line, Junglighat, Haddo, Tushnabad and Shadipur.
The Dry Ration Relief Kits were containing 10 Kg Rice, 2 Kg Atta, 2 Kg Dal (1Kg Arhar dal and 1Kg Masoor dal), 1 Ltr Cooking Oil, 1Kg Salt, 2 Kg Potato, 1Kg Onion and some spices.
The Sector Incharge, Mr. Satya Narayan thanked the volunteers for their selfless service in hard situation where some families were residing too far away from the main road approx. 100-150 meters, also there were no sort of proper roads or footpath facility, regardless of this distance, our volunteers delivered the relief Kits on door to door basis. Also, he stated that they received several calls from needy peoples and we are looking forward to help them in the coming days.
