Port Blair, Apr 15: A highly decomposed body was found yesterday at sea shore area close to Hornbill Nest Resort ,Port Blair.
As per report, a local man of that area had gone for fishing when he spotted the body and the matter was immediately reported to Police Station Aberdeen. Soon a team of PS Aberdeen reached the spot and the body was taken to GB Pant Hospital and was kept in Mortuary for identification.
Later a family from Nayagaon reportedly claimed the body as one of their family members, who was missing since last more than one month. Further investigation is going on and more details are awaited.
