Port Blair, Mar 22: Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands has congratulated Mr. M Vinod, State Vice President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Smti. Bulbul Mistry, State Secretary, Yuva Morcha, Bharatiya Janata Party on being nominated as Member Advisory Panel, Central Board of Film Certification, Kolkata.
Mr. M Vinod and Smti. Bulbul Mistry earlier received a communication from CBFC, Kolkata regarding their nomination and asking them to submit their bio data and requesting them to be present for film screenings at Kolkata whenever required by the board.
The appointment of two Islanders in the Central Film Certification Board, Kolkata is a great feat and will ensure in development of Andaman and Nicobar Islands as a film shooting paradise. Andaman and Nicobar Islands has every thing needed for becoming a film shooting hub and Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands is working towards making it easier for producers to schedule and shoot films in the Islands.
Film Shoots in Andaman and Nicobar Islands will boost tourism and increase the revenue of the Islanders, it will also boost up entrepreneurship in many ways.
