Port Blair, Oct 16: A private truck, bearing registration number ANO1 B 4755 today crashed on a government quarter at Chakkargaon, early this morning.
According to reports, the driver lost the control of the truck, as the steering of the truck got locked, while negotiating with a sharp turn at Chakkargaon. According to reports a case has being registered in this regard and the police is also investigating whether the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol. Reports say that the driver got some minor injuries and was rushed to G B Pant Hospital.
