Port Blair, Nov 08: An awareness meet on COVID-19 SOPs and guidelines was conducted by Andaman Association of Tour Operators under the leadership of Mr. M.Vinod, President at hotel Aries Grand on 07 Nov 20. Stakeholders from AATO, ACCI, hoteliers, Boat owners & Adventure Sports operators participated in the meet.
Speaking on the occasion chief guest Mr.Suneel Anchipaka, DC(SA) mentioned that A&N Administration is making all possible efforts to revive tourism in the Islands following all COVID protocols. He also mentioned that safety of the islanders is paramount & we will have to ensure that all precautionary measures are followed while conducting tourism activities in the Islands.
Mr. Hari Kallikkat, IAS, SDM & Mr.Lakshay Singhal, IAS Probationer was also present on the occasion.
Mr. M.Vinod has expressed his gratitude towards Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman and all officials for sparing their valuable time amidst their busy schedule.
