Port Blair, Oct 09: State Executive Meeting of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha was held today at Hotel TSG Emerald under the leadership of Mr. N.K Udhaya Kumar Ji, State President, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The special invitees in the meeting were Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Vishal Jolly, Former State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Ex-Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Parliamentary Constituency.
The whole responsibility of the meeting was given to Mr. Anshuman Roy, State Vice President, Bhataiya Janata Yuva Morcha, A & N Islands, Mr. A Anand, State General Secretary, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, A & N Islands and Mr. Gourav Gogia, State General Secretary, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, A & N Islands.
Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Ex-Member of Parliament, A & N Islands Parliamentary Constituency and Mr. Vishal Jolly, Former State President, BJP, A & N Islands were called on to give a Margdarshan speech on the occasion.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, BJP, A & N Islands gave the valedictory speech on the occasion and asked the Yuva Morcha Kartakartas to work with dedication and to help the poor and downtrodden of the Society. He further assured all help to the Yuva Morcha Karyakartas. Mr. Ajoy Bairagi also inspired other youngsters to join the Bharatiya Janta Party and work for the welfare of the people under the dynamic leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji.
Mr. K Ramdas., State General Secretary, BJP, A & N Islands presented the speech on BJP Sanghatan.
The programme was also address by Mr. Tejasvi Surya, National President, Baharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha, Bengaluru South Constituency) through Video Conferencing. Mr. Tejasvi Surya in his address to the young members of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, A & N Islands explained that Seva, Sangarsh and Balidan is the motto of the BJYM and asked the young karyakartas to follow it.
In the meeting today Mr. Dheeraj Ram, President City, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Port Blair proposed the political resolutions which was supported by Mr. Ankit Mridha. The following Political Resolutions were taken in todays meeting:
1. Resolution to thank the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Maniniya Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Telecom Minister Mananiya Ravi Shankar Prasad Ji and Other Dignitaries involved in the Optical Fiber Cable Project to connect Chennai and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which was completed on time and was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister himself on 10th of August 2020.
2. Resolution to thank the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Maniniya Narendra Modi Ji to start the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan and to promote the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
3. Resolution welcoming the Transhipment Port in Great Nicobar Island of Nicobar District.
4. Resolution welcoming the National Recruitment Agency and thanking the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji for making it possible for the Island students to now give competitive exams in their own districts.
5. Resolution thanking the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji for announcing four additional Pawan Hans helicopters for the Islands as well as for announcing resumption of Sea Plane Services of the Islands which will benefit both the locals as well as tourists.
6. Resolution thanking the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji and National President, Bahariya Janata Party, Mananiya J.P Nadda Ji for joining the karyakartas of the Islands through a virtual conference and giving them guidance on 9th of August 2020.
7. Resolution thanking the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji for approving the two bridges on NH4 and for the new airport terminal of Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair.
8. Resolution requesting the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mananiya Narendra Modi Ji and National President, Bahariya Janata Party, Mananiya J.P Nadda Ji for introducing pradesh council to Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
9. Resolution to roll back the Circle Rates as introduced for land registration in Andaman and Nicobar Islands by the Administration.
10. Resolution to continue operation of Local Quarries in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
11. Resolution to continue ANISHI Scheme in Andamans for treatment of the poor and downtrodden in the society in good hospitals of mainland.
12. Resolutions demanding high speed internet from telecom companies all over Andaman and Nicobar Islands since the CANI OFC has been commissioned now.
13. Resolution asking all elected members of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Local Bodies and Panchayats of the Islands to present their work report card to the public.
14. Resolution seeking better quality seeds, fertilisers and cattle feeds for the farmers of the Islands as well as to give appropriate Minimum Support Price for the produce of the farmers.
15. Resolution asking the Administration to continue the three tier system of Panchayati Raj in the Islands and for devolution of powers to the Panchayati Raj System by bringing various departments under them.
16. Resolution to provide the license for land to those living in far flung islands from several decades.
17. Resolution to implement all the schemes of Govt. of India like PMSY, PMAY, PMFBY, Rastriya Golul Mission, Housing for All, Ayushman Bharat Yojna in the Islands.
18. Resolution requesting electricity for those poor families who live in forest land on the Islands.
19. Resolution for adequate compensation to the farmers whose land got submerged after the Tsunami of 2004.
20. Resolution to implement the decision taken during the IDA meeting dated 19/01/2003 by Swargiya Bharat Ratan Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji along with 19 other cabinet ministers in Raj Nivas to give 7.5 Bigha land to settlers settled under the colonisation scheme.
21. Resolution demanding construction of the Chatham – Bambooflat Bridge.
22. Resolution demanding two 100 bedded state of the art hospital near Port Blair and 50 bedded hospitals in all other Islands under PPP Mode.
23. Resolution demanding a separate Jal Board dedicated to the water supply for residents of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
