Port Blair, Aug 26: Large number of people of New Pahargaon today came out of their house and gheraoed a LPG Cylinder distribution truck after it is learnt that the truck reached New Pahargaon to supply LPG cylinders to only selected families.
Residents alleged that since more than one month there have been very irregular supply of LPG Cylinders in New Phargaon area and they demanded new cylinders from the same LPG truck, which reached New Pahargaon today. Later a police team reached the spot and after intervention of police team the matter was finally settled.
