Port Blair, Aug 14: During regular patrolling near Rabindra Nagar, Little Andaman, yesterday afternoon around 2:00 PM, SHO PS Hut Bay, Mr. Subramanian with other policemen, got information that some people are doing illegal activities in Jungle area behind Coconut plantation.
The SHO with police team immediately reached the spot and while searching the area found that 10 people were involved in gambling, immediately all people were arrested and Rs. 53,000 recovered from the spot. They were later arrested and on the same day by evening they were granted bail from Police Station.
