Port Blair, Sept 17: DARTED (Diglipur Association for Rural Tourism & Ecological Development ) has opened up a new office at 10, Saha Complex, above Syndicate Bank, Diglipur. This office was inaugurated by Pramukh in presence of PRI members other members of business community. This opening was warmly welcomed by people of Diglipur.
