Port Blair, May 03: Mr. Vishal Jolly, Former State President, BJP has requested the Prime Minister of India, the Union Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs & the Minister of State for Home Affairs to either double the salaries of all front line workers or grant some incentives in recognition of their exemplary service during this pandemic.
He further stressed that, All Anganwadi Workers, ANMs, PHNs, Asha Workers, Sanitary Staffs, Police Personnel’s, Doctors, paramedical staffs, Staffs deployed for DCPU, District Administration, Department of Civil Supplies & all others who are rendering their exemplary services should be considered as Frontline Workers.
