Port Blair, Apr 29: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, A&N Islands has requested Mr. Amit Shah, the Home Minister of India and Mr. Mansukh Lal Mandaviya, the Minister of Shipping to provide necessary Personal Protective Equipments and also insurance of Rs.50 (Fifty) lakhs similar to that provided to health workers fighting COVID-19 in Government Hospitals and Health Care centers under the Pradhan Mantri Gharib Kalyan Jojaya to all the Crew and Officers of all the ships of A&N Administration who shall be deployed in COVID-19 relief measures.
