Port Blair, Apr 05: Mr. Awanish Kumar, DC N and Middle Andaman informed Andaman Sheekha that the North and Middle Andaman Administration is successfully providing all essential commodities to every corner of N and M Andaman region.
He added that under his strict supervision he will get 100% success to provide essential commodities to every needy family of all remote pockets of N&M Andaman after providing commodities to Cuthbert Bay.
He added that Cuthbert Bay is one of the remotest pockets of Middle Andaman region, where he has identified 42 families and he affirmed that soon the administration will send all essential commodities to the residents of Curt Burt Bay under his close supervision and thus he will be able get 100% success in this regard. He urged the Curt Burt Bay residents to maintain patience and cooperate with administration in this tough time.
He told that the Medical department officials under the leadership of Dr Palit, Chief Medical officer District Hospital, Mayabunder and Police forces under the command of Mr. Vichitraviry, IPS, SP N&M Andaman district discharging laudable job in combating COVID-19 and maintaining law and order.
He expressed his gratitude to the public of North and Middle Andaman for outstanding cooperation with the District administration to stop and combat COVID -19.
