Port Blair, Apr 05: A lady of Port Blair city has been arrested on Saturday for circulating communally sensitive hate message in social media app WhatsApp. An FIR in this regard was lodged on Saturday and after arrest she was produced in court from where she was given interim bail, considering the present situation.
Andaman and Nicobar Police is keeping close eyes on all social media to make sure no one could brainwash Islanders with fake news and communally sensitive messages.
