Port Blair, Mar 29: The Calcutta High Court vide Order dt. 28/03/2020 passed in WP No. 5324(W) of 2020 In Re. COVID 19-Relief and Services at the A&N Islands has issued several directions including to notify general public to file petitions in extremely urgent situations before the Registry Circuit Bench at Port Blair and also to the Member Secretary, A&N SLSA in soft copies for onward transmission to the Court Calcutta Bench for placing the same before the Chief Justice for kind consideration.
Accordingly, all have been informed to file such petitions by submitting soft copies to the aforesaid Officers in case of any extreme urgent situation. The details of the Offices are as below:
