Campbell Bay, Mar 29: As the new order passed by Chief Cecretary Andaman and Nicobar Administration for opening the essential goods/commodities in Islands with strict observance of social distancing, the Pradhan Gram Panchayat Campbell bay Mr. K.Raja along with SHO PS C/Bay Mr. Subramanian and his police team marked circles for maintaining the social distancing in front of every shop in Campbell Bay to avoid person to person direct contact.
The general public and the shopkeepers are also following the instructions given by the Administration to avoid getting infected by COVID-19. The residents of the Islands are happy with this positive move taken by Gram Panchayat and police department said by a resident.
