Port Blair, Feb 20: The Chief Captain of Car Nicobar Island, Mr. Aberdeen Blair today passed away after several decade long valuable services to Nicobari Community and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The managing committee and members of Nicobar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI), Nicobarese Youth Association(NYA), Tribal Development Council (TDC), has expressed its deepest condolences on Mr. Aberdeen Blair’s passing away.
Mr. Blair who was the Chief Captain of Car Nicobar was a dynamic tribal leader who played an important role in the upliftment of Nicobari community. Mr. Blair was the Chairman of Tribal Council, Chairperson of EHL and former member of the Pradesh Council. NCCI prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
