Port Blair, Feb 07: On 05.02.2020, a trekking cum patrolling party under the leadership of SP Nicobar Shri Rajeev Kumar and consisting of DySP Jagdev Singh Yadav, DySP Prashant Choudhary and officers from INS Baaz and Forest trekked from Galathia River to Indira Point after completing a 06 hour journey and did the recce of the area in view of its strategic importance and upcoming of various important infrastructure in Great Nicobar Island. The patrolling party consisting of total 34 officials and travelled total distance of 30 Kms during the journey.
