Port Blair, Jan 05: Showing excellence again, the Deputy Ranger, Forest Department, Mr Manjit Singh single handedly captured a venomous snake King Cobra from ITI Complex, Dollygunj yesterday morning at 06:30am, in a record time after the sighting of snake by public of the area. People of Andaman and Nicobar Islands have already named Mr Manjit Singh as Snake man of Andaman.
As per details, the King Cobra snake was around 09 feet long and was weighing around 08kgs. The snake was also said to be 2.5 inch fat. The people in the complex appreciated the Deputy Ranger for catching such a huge snake all alone and safeguarding all of them from the venomous King Cobra snake.
