Port Blair, Dec. 29: A function will be organized to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of First Flag Hoisting by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Port Blair on Dec. 30. Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and Admiral D.K.Joshi PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice Chairman, Islands Development Agency will hoist the National Flag at Flag Point, Port Blair on 30th December 2019 at 7.30 am, a communication said.
