Port Blair, Nov 17: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma today said that development of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands can be possible only when the Islands have its own Legislative Assembly. Unless until a Legislative Assembly is formed in the Islands, holistic development of the Islands is impossible. He said that people of Andaman and Nicobar islands should be in a position to take crucial decision about themselves and decide own future. He also said that Andaman and Nicobar Islands do not have any representation in Rajya Sabha and this matter will be taken up by him.
