Port Blair, Nov. 5: A Vegetable Show and Flower Show will be organized by the Agriculture Department at ITF Ground on Nov.13 & 14, 2019 respectively. For participation in the ‘Vegetable Show’ competition to be held on Nov.13, interested farmers may contact the concerned Agriculture Assistant, Junior Agriculture Assistant and Agriculture Field Assistant of their concerned areas for further details.
Similarly, for participation in ‘Flower Show’, various competition under the categories viz. flower arrangements-cut/fresh flower/dry flower; floral rangoli; bouquet; garland making and potted plants will be held on Nov.14. The scheduled of the flower show are as follow:-
- Fresh flower arrangement from 9 am to 9.30 am.
- Dry flower arrangement from 9.30 am to 10 am.
- Potted plant display from 10 am to 10.30 am.
- Flat Bouquet from 10.30 am to 11 am.
- Garland from 11 am to 11.30 am.
- Rangoli from 11.30 am to 12 pm.
