Port Blair, Sept.24: As part of the 150th Birth Anniversary commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi, Kala Kendra – a Society under Department of Art & Culture has planned various activities to create awareness on Gandhi’s values and teaching among the young generation. In this series, “Nukkad Natak” is scheduled to be held on 4th October 2019 at Port Blair. Applications are invited from local cultural organizations for presenting Nukkad Natak at various areas of Port Blair. Preference will be given to Cultural Organizations, based on their performance and script. Last date for submission of application along with CD/DVD at Kala Kendra Society, Directorate of Art & Culture, Cellular Jail Complex, Atlanta Point, Port Blair is on 27th September, 2019.
