Port Blair, Aug 26: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, PCC has requested to the Lt Governor for financial help for Mr. Suresh, aged 30 years who is, as per the specialists of the Saraswathy Speciality Hospitals, Chennai, a patient of acute transverse myelities D3-D7 and unable to move both the lower limbs and has lost all sensations.
Advocating for the specialised treatment of Mr. Suresh, a resident of Dairy farm, Mr. Sharma stated that his father, a retired seaman of SCI had already spent Rs.6 lakhs on treatment and now unable to bear any more expenditure.
Mr. Sharma has also recorded his gratitude for the Lt Governor who has always been kind enough to come forward to help such hapless children of these Islands.
