Car Nicobar, Sept 12: A two-days workshop/seminar held on 06 and 07 September 2019 in Govt. Sr. Sec. School hall Malacca and Chuchucha Village Car Nicobar, Nicobar, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The workshop was organized by HP Rural Entrepreneurship Development and Consultancy Organisation (HP REDCOS) in which the masses were made aware about various schemes for the welfare of minority communities, which are being run by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. In the workshop, nearly 130 people especially students from the minority community of the District Nicobar took part.
During this workshop, the HP REDCOS members gave information and spread awareness among the masses about the various schemes being run by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt of India to the people of said community.
Dr. Manjyeshri (BDO/CDPO), G. Manonmani (vice priciple) , Sh. Balwant Singh Thakur, director, HP.REDCOS, Shri Rakesh Rana, treasurer, HP.REDCOS in his address spread awareness among the minority community regarding various schemes like Pre Matric, Post Matric, Merit cum Means scholarship, prime minister 15 points program and other schemes being provided to the beneficiaries of minority community by the ministry of minority affairs, government of India.
