Port Blair, Aug 27: Heavy to very heavy rain (07-20) cm very likely to occur at one or two places over Andaman Island with heavy rain (7-11)cm likely to occur at one or two places over Andaman Island on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Due to strong Southwest monsoon current, strong Southwesterly wind speed exceeding 45 kmph and rough to very rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coasts, fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea during the next 24 hours (Source IMD).
