Port Blair, August 8: Mrs Anusia Devi, Chairperson, SVC, JVC and Councillors, Officers and officials of the Port Blair Municipal Council deeply mourned the sudden demise of veteran BJP leader and former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj who breathed her last on late Tuesday night in New Delhi. Today two minutes silence was observed in honour of the departed soul in the conference hall of the Council. Floral tributes were also offered on her portrait thereafter. We pray the almighty to give eternal peace to the departed soul and enough courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
