Port Blair, July 19: A fully loaded oil tanker today turned turtle near Joda Killan when the driver applied brakes to save a man, who was crossing road in hurry. As the tanker was loaded, sudden brakes caused the accident and the tanker turned turtle. There was also fuel spillage and soon Fire Service was called to control the situation. The driver of the truck and the person crossing road sustained minor injuries.
