Port Blair, June 30: Mrs. Uma Mistry, Ex Pradhan BJP today left for heavenly abode early in the morning at about 4 AM. Mrs. Uma Mistry served as Pradhan of Harinagar from 2005 to 2010. During her tenure as Pradhan, she faced many ups and downs but she never surrendered before the situation.
After that since long times she was suffering from mouth carcinoma and after long battle with life, today at about 4 AM she took her last breath at PHC Billyground. Her funeral ceremony has been performed at her parental place at Shantipur village, where her relatives and villagers paid their last tribute.
