Port Blair, June 23: Sri Annai Aravind Health Care and Social Welfare Trust (SAAHSWT) in association with Vasumathy Yoga Clinic, conducted “Mass Yoga Demonstration” at INS Jarawa, Navy (HQ), Shaksham, Disability centre, Brooksabad, Directorate of Social Welfare and Forest Department-Van Sadan, Conference Hall (HQ), DCF(WL) Mini Zoo, Haddo, Govt. Chatam Saw Mill in which overall 240 participants were participated and reaped full benefits of Yoga.
Meanwhile, On request of the participants of Yoga day, SAAHSWT is proposed to conduct Free regular Yoga Classes at Vasumathy Yoga Clinic,Near Co-operative Bank, Dairy Farm Junction , from 05:00 AM to 6:30 AM to reap the full benefits of 5th International Day of Yoga throughout the year.
