Port Blair, Aug 17: Two persons got serious injuries when an Alto Car hit a scooter this morning at Dollygunj road (near Chakroborty Clinic). According to eye witnesses the driver of the car escaped from the scene after hitting the scooter and injuring both the riders. The victims of the car accident alleged that the car virtually ran over them. The injured people were immediately taken to G B Pant Hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Car has already been arrested by Police and a case has also been registered in this regard.
No accidents will occur if one is alert. Why people are in a hurry? life is so important! for the victim’s family. It is so difficult to lead a crippled life. Signal/traffic rules, careful driving will never cause an accident.
