Port Blair, May 15: State Committee BJP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands organised a protest Dharna in front of Gandhi Statue, Port Blair on 15/5/2019 at 4 PM against the Mamata Banerjee-led West Bengal government in wake of violence and vandalism during BJP President Amit Shah’s road show in Kolkata. The protesters raised slogan against Mamata Banerjee and her alleged dictatorship led government in West Bengal. Mr. Sanjay Singh, State Vice President BJP, State General Secretary BJP Mr. Prakash Adhikari, State President Mahila Morcha Smt. Anusia Devi, South Andaman District President Mr. K. Ram Das, State leader Mr. L. Moorty, Port Blair District President Mr. Amit Malhotra and all State leaders of Yuva & Mahila Morchas BJP sported black bands on their arms and held up placards reading ‘Save Bengal, Save Democracy’ in the Dharna.
