Port Blair, Apr 25: A fire was reported form a heap of garbage dump near Port Blair Airport this morning. As per report near the Airport there is an area where people dump huge amount of garbage, where for some reasons, this fire erupted and soon the entire area was covered this thick smoke.
On report a Fire Brigade team reached the spot and doused the fire. There is no report of any damage in this Fire accident. However, this incident has pointed out towards careless attitude of people in throwing garbage indiscriminately.
