New Delhi, Aug 10: The government will introduce a constitution amendment bill in the Lok Sabha for reservation in promotion of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in government jobs on the 22nd of this month. This assurance was given by Minister of State in the Prime Minister Office, V Narayansamy in the Rajya Sabha yesterday. He said an all Party meeting will be convened on the 21st of this month to discuss the issue.

Well said Mr Vinod. Reservation at the entry stage is all enough. Further promotion should solely be based on performance/seniority.
