Port Blair, Mar 06: A new NGO,named ‘Pankh’ will be launched with a function in Port Blair at 10 at Andaman Club on March 9, 2019. The Secretary, Art and Culture, A&N Administration, Mrs. Neha Bansal will be the chief guest on this occasion, it is learnt. The NGO will also celebrate International Women’s Day during this function with various competitions and events.
