Port Blair, Jan 18: The RGT Public Vidyalaya organized its 10th Annual School Athletic meet 2018-19 at its school ground today. Smti. Sheela Singh, Ex-Chairperson and Councillor, Ward No.10, Port Blair Municipal Council was the Chief Guest and declared the Annual Athletic Meet 2018-19 open in a colourful function presented by the students.
Addressing the gathering Smt. Sheela Singh appreciated the efforts of the school’s management for its valuable service to the society specially to the socially and economically wreakers. She also stressed the need of Physical activities for the all round development of the Children.
Mr. Avinash Nanda, Director, Agency House (ANI) Pvt. Ltd. graced the occasion by his presence as Guest of Honour. Earlier Smt. Rita Banerje, Principal of the School welcomed the gathering. The students presented a colourful Physical display of mass PT, Dumble Exercise, Yoga and group dance which was appreciated by the gathering.
Mr. Joy Kumar Roy, Manager of the School distributed the Prizes to the winners and declared the Athletic Meet Closed. Ms. Smitha Mohan, Headmistress proposed vote of thanks.
